Membership Agreement & Terms

Membership will automatically renew every month. To cancel your Membership it must be done in writing by sending an email to pamperme@alilyofgoldspa.com.

​Spa Membership dues do not include gratuities.

24hr Cancellation policy does apply to spa members. 

Membership charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have multiple benefits left and would like to cancel your membership, we will transfer monies PAID (not value of services) to a gift certificate for use as you please.

 

Membership benefits will accrue and not expire. In the event there are multiple accruals, we can freeze your membership until services are caught up. You can also share benefits with friends/family. Multiple accruals cannot be used to pay for upgrades.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any no shows or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to full service charge for each service.  Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to members and gift certificate holders. 

Arrival Time

​We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill our a client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs, and to relax before beginning your services.
